Allrealtydocs is a platform that helps property management companies sell and fulfill all types of realty document orders (e.g., status certificate, estoppel certificate, insurance certificates, etc.) electronically with minimal hassle.
As a management company, your managed properties will be listed on our site. A customer (e.g., real estate agents, lawyers, home buyers or home sellers) can then search and place a realty document order through our site for one or more of your listed properties by making an online credit card payment. One of your management staff will receive a notification for any new orders placed on your managed properties. Once an order is fulfilled, the customer will be notified via email to download their document electronically. Payments made by the customer via credit card on our site will be transferred automatically to your designated bank account once the customer’s order is fulfilled.
All types of realty documents. Our platform allows you to create any type of document (e.g., status certificate, estoppel certificate, insurance certificate, financial statements, etc.). For each document type, you can also offer different types of service to maximize your offering (e.g., Standard service, expedited service, etc.).
We integrate with Stripe to securely process all payments. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, they use the best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security.
As a management company, you are required to setup a Stripe merchant account through our site to accept payments from customers. When a customer places an order for a document for one of your managed properties, their payment will be made directly to your Stripe’s merchant account that will be automatically transferred to your organization’s bank account on a predetermined schedule.
